Awakening A New Feminine Spirit is designed to regenerate, renew, and rebalance the four realms of our whole being; body, mind, emotion, and spirit through a variety of dynamic activities for empowerment. Over this course, we will restore our individual and collective balance to heal and protect our communities, awakening a more loving, kind, and gentler human being.

As we observe the world we see consequences from centuries of imbalance through the continual marginalization of feminine energy with a suppression of emotional intelligence and a disconnection from sound wisdom. Our feminine spirit, which embodies intuition, creativity, and nurturing has been diminished often leaving our societies fragmented and separated from inherent natural rhythms.
The truth about who we are and how we express our feminine energy in the world is about finding our balance in the harmony of our Yin and Yang energies, which are both the receptive and the active; the intuitive and the logical; the nurturing and the fierce. This program offers an opportunity to embody our power and reclaim our rightful place in the world; fully, authentically, and uniquely in any chosen gender.
Our mission is the personal restoration, transformative collaboration, and essential preservation of a new feminine spirit for individuals and collectives around the globe. The Awakening A New Feminine Spirit program is grounded in the ideal that we must heal ourselves to heal our world with a focused intention of gaining knowledge and experience which strengthens our uniquely expressed whole being.

This exciting course includes community connection, guidebooks, art projects, journal prompts, movement, meditation, poetry, and live monthly online sessions.
The program will also include special guest speakers, monthly creative collective opportunities, and an online portal filled to overflowing with supportive and inspirational content that can be used for growing our own collectives.

PAYMENT + CANCELLATION
Registration fees are non-refundable. Should you cancel your registration more than 30 days before the event start date, the registration fee will be credited to your Nia store credit account. Should you cancel your registration less than 30 days before the event start date, you will incur a cancellation fee of $250. If the trainer cancels the event, you are entitled to a full refund.
