The Wisdom You Carry
A 2-Hour Session with Debbie Rosas
Everything you have explored, practiced, and learned through your Art of Perception Brown Belt training comes together in a practice called recapitulation.
Recapitulation is an opportunity to return to what you know and experience it anew, reconnect the parts to the whole, and discover what is ready to deepen.
In this two-hour experience with Debbie Rosas, you will revisit the evolved 2026 DNia Code Art of Perception principles through three essential lenses:
Artist • Explorer • Leader
As an Artist, you bring your unique expression to the practice.
As an Explorer, you stay curious, sensing and discovering what else is possible.
As a Leader, you guide yourself toward deeper understanding, manageability, and meaning. You strengthen your connection to why you do this work and how you share it with others.

What Will You Receive?
Recapitulation expands the choices available to you as both a movement artist and a somatic teacher.
You will discover more ways to:
Move and sense
Listen and notice
Choose and create
Respond and express
Guide and teach
The goal is to help you access more of what you already know, and discover another layer of what is possible.
Your Art of Perception Brown Belt training gave you a body of knowledge. Your experience has given that knowledge a body.
Recapitulation brings the two together, helping you integrate what you know, embody what you understand, and discover what you are ready to express next.
