Nia Faculty Trainer Holly Nastasi

A master at her craft, Holly personifies "coming home to self." – Georgia Lister *****Since 1993, Holly Nastasi has been rooted in Nia, transitioning from a conventional fitness professional with degrees in Kinesiology and Health Education to Nia over 30 years ago. With expertise in anatomy, biology, biomechanics, human physiology, psychology, and wellness, she became a first-generation Nia trainer in 1997. Holly played a pivotal role in spreading Nia across health clubs, schools, universities, and senior centers. She established Nia communities in various locations, including Austin, Santa Fe, Lincoln, and now College Station, TX, where Nia is flourishing. Holly, a dedicated Nia teacher, shares the Joy of Movement, crediting Nia's Body and Life Education program for shaping her purposeful, joyful life, in all its aspects. Whether teaching Nia online or in-person, she continuously strives to inspire others, having taught thousands of classes and trained numerous Nia teachers. Holly's commitment extends to actively supporting Nia curriculum development, applying principles, and staying engaged in ongoing studies. Recognized for her clear communication and professional delivery, she remains dedicated to fulfilling Nia's promise of improved well-being in body, mind, and spirit.

Nia Faculty Trainer Jill Factor

Jill Factor is a First Degree Nia Black Belt instructor + Nia Faculty Trainer. She has enjoyed 15 years of teaching Nia in the Boulder area. Jill brings high energy, dynamism and somatically-skilled cueing to her Nia classes. She is a teacher of conscious movement and will inspire your creativity - mindfully, with a focus on conditioning and self healing- “The Body’s Way.” Students appreciate her compassionate teaching style, and her ability to adapt choreography for a variety of movement abilities and body types. “I have always loved to move my body in an expressive way. To share the joy and pleasure of living in a body that seeks pleasure over pain and to grow older in a healthy vibrant body is a gift I love sharing”.
