MEET YOUR TRAINER

Nia Faculty Trainer Letizia Accinelli

Letizia Accinelli discovered Nia in 1999 while she was living in Germany, and once she had a taste of this practice, she never missed a class. In 2000 she started the Teacher Training with Debbie and Carlos Rosas for her personal growth. Given the opportunity to sub for a teacher a few months after her White Belt graduation, she discovered that teaching Nia was an even better experience than simply enjoying it as a personal practice. She started teaching Nia in Hamburg and once she moved to Italy – her home country- she cultivated the dream of spreading Nia there and starting a community. Her students appreciate her sharing the joy of movement, her authenticity and her warmth. Nia combines her passion for dancing, communicating, speaking different languages, and teaching. Nia is one of the best gifts she has ever received and one of the best she can offer. Letizia Accinelli si è laureata a Bologna e ad Aberdeen , in Scozia Lo sport ha avuto sempre un ruolo fondamentale nella sua vita, fin dall’infanzia – soprattutto il nuoto – poi si è dedicata allo yoga e alla danza Soul Motion. Fin dal primo incontro dalla prima esperienza con Nia è rimasta subito affascinata e da allora ha deciso di dedicarsi alla scoperta di questa disciplina. Nel 2000 ha cominciato la formazione con i fondatori della Tecnica , Debbie e Carlos Rosas seguendo i loro corsi di formazione e le loro lezioni in Germania e negli Stati Uniti. Inizialmente la sua era una ricerca di crescita personale. Quando però ha provato ad insegnare, supplendo una collega, ha scoperto che condividere Nia era per lei molto meglio che praticarla soltanto. Ha cominciato ad insegnare ad Amburgo e dopo essersi trasferita in Italia si è dedicata con passione alla diffusione di Nia in questo paese e ha creato una vivace e appassionata comunità. I suoi allievi la apprezzano per la sua capacità di condividere con gli altri la gioia del movimento, per la sua autenticità e il suo calore. Nia unisce la passione di Letizia per la danza con il suo interesse per la comunicazione in lingue diverse e per l’insegnamento. Anyone can take the Nia ART OF SENSATION White Belt. 

This course is adaptable to all levels of fitness, experience and abilities.

CANCELLATION + TRANSFER POLICY

Registration and instruction fees are non-refundable. Should you cancel your registration more than 30 days prior to the training start date, the registration fee will be credited to your Nia account. Should you cancel your registration less than 30 days prior to the training start date, you will incur a cancellation fee of $250, which will be deducted from your registration fee. The remaining balance will be credited to your Nia account.
